How cute is this??! This edible sugar paste model of Owen has him about to chew his fingers (which I’m told he’s always doing) and playing with his favourite colourful toys. The rest of the cake is traditional baby blue and white – I love the colourful touches to the cake. The message is really nice too, a perfect cake for a christening

What a hoot! – owl shaped cake
For Jemma’s baby shower I made a shaped 2D cake based upon the wall paper in her nursery which is called ‘what a hoot!’ in neutral colours. I also decorated the board with twigs, leaves, and a little green bird to tie in with the wallpaper. Owl cakes are a really popular thing being asked for at the moment and a 2D cake is a lovely way to do it – or you can have 3D shaped cake or models on top of a cake!
Baby shower cupcakes
Here are some chocolate and vanilla cupcakes decorated for a baby shower – we made a selection of 3D edible toppers in blue for each cupcake. If you would like blue or pink let us know, if you’d rather have neutral colours or multicolours you can tell us specifics or leave it to you!
Zack’s cute christening cake
This Gorgeous 2 tier cake has edible booties and an edible teddy as well as stars and playing blocks! If you see a cake on our website that you’d like to change slightly, just ask! We’ve done loads of versions of this cake and I love the teddy that zack’s mum asked for on this one. The beauty of a 2 tier cake is, you can have 2 flavours – we can however adapt this to be 1 tier or more than 2 tiers! Get in touch for more information
Noahs ark cake
This colourful Noah’s Ark cake was for Emmanuel’s first birthday! It was based upon a cake photo brought to me by his Mummy, but I may have got a bit carried away and done a LOT more animals than in the photo – I made the animals to the same style as the photo I was brought; a really cute kiddy animal style! If you find a nice photo of a cake but want it changing just bring it to us or email it over for a quote!

This adorable first birthday cake for Gwendolyn is based upon a design brought to us by her mummy!! We made it from a 9″ square chocolate cake and covered it with lavender icing, before making edible models of a hedgehog, fox and owl family! Eve’s simple christening cake
Eve’s simple christening cake is angled with the writing on the point, clay dough booties at the top, and 3 pink daisies in the bottom corner. It’s very simple but very sweet 
Edible playing blocks
To the left is a girly christening cake, with an edible pram and claydough teddy and booties, and in front on the board are sugar paste blocks to spell out her name. If your cake is big enough, we could always make the blocks from sponge or fruit cake (to add a different flavour maybe?) like the photo to the right. We need a minimum order of 12 to make just the sponge or fruit cake blocks by themselves.

Here are some 1 tier in the night garden cakes I made. Both of these were ordered and collected in the same week, so I find it funny that they are practically identical.
Yellow and green are both popular for in the night garden. The yellow one has a little Macca Pakka and the green one has a little garden path and coloured balls.
